Yes. Any UK registration with an MOT record is looked up live with the DVSA MOT History API. AB19 CBB, EF20 CBB and GH18 CBB are fictional examples and never touch the live service.
For real registrations, yes. Model statistics come from 29.8M DVSA anonymised MOT tests and collision involvement from DfT road safety data. Both describe comparable vehicles, never the individual car. The three example cars use synthetic model statistics and must not be used to judge a real car or model.
No. MOT history only covers the items tested at a particular point in time. A physical inspection, service records and separate provenance checks are still needed.
